Perspective

I had to share this picture that I saw this past week. The girl is a former student of mine. Since she has been born,  her father has been sent overseas three times to fight for our country. Each trip has lasted about a year. He has two children and a wife who were waiting for him to come back home. His daughter is now in 5th grade, and his son is in 1st. I can't imagine how hard it was to miss three precious years with his family, but I am forever grateful! This picture definitely brightened my day, and I wanted to pay it forward.
